Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
— The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
— The item must be in its original packaging
— Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

— Gift cards
— Final sale items
— Refunds
— Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:
— Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
— Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
— Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
—Defective
— Damaged during shipping

Late or Missing Refunds
